GateWay Community College is committed to providing an equitable learning experience. Resolution Processes
Instructional Student Complaint Resolution Process
Any student who feels he or she has been treated unfairly by a faculty member with regard to an academic process such as grading, testing or assignments has the right to file a formal and written complaint in accordance with approved procedures as outlined in the Instructional Grievance Process Policy Manual or the GateWay Community College Catalog & Student Handbook.
Non-Instructional Student Complaint Resolution Process
Any student who feels he or she has been treated unfairly by any employee with regard to a non-instructional process such as student or administrative services has the right to file a formal and written complaint in accordance with approved procedures as outlined in the Non-Instructional Resolution Process Policy Manual or GateWay Community College Catalog & Student Handbook.

Any individual who knowingly provides false information will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including, employment termination or academic dismissal.
