GateWay Community College is excited to host its 9th annual Runway to Success fundraising event on Oct. 25, 2024, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at The Clayton House, 3719 N. 75th St., Scottsdale. Runway to Success is the college’s premier fundraiser, dedicated to supporting student scholarships and workforce development.
This high-energy evening celebrates GateWay’s outstanding students as they walk the runway, showcasing their journey toward academic and career success. All proceeds directly support programs that develop tomorrow’s workforce and provide scholarship funds to ensure student success and retention.
“Runway to Success is a powerful reminder of what our community can achieve when we come together to support education,” said GateWay President, Dr. Amy Diaz. “This event is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the programs that prepare our students to fill Arizona’s workforce needs and to celebrate the incredible impact our students make in their fields.”
Event Highlights:
- Runway Showcase: Featuring GateWay’s students share their stories of achievements.
- Silent Auction: Attendees can bid on exciting items and experiences, including a private Diamondbacks suite, four passes to the Desert Botanical Garden, a photo facial from Bellina Med Spa, admission to Bearizona, and more. All proceeds benefit scholarships and program support.
- Dinner and Entertainment: An evening of engagement and inspiration as attendees enjoy a delightful meal and entertainment supporting the college’s mission.
