GateWay Community College is enrolling now for its 8-week Facilities Management training program, beginning on January 16, 2025.
Why learn Facilities Management? This career path has excellent earning potential with a projected 7% job growth through 2031. Students will quickly learn best practices to run facilities more effectively and efficiently by increasing knowledge in the core Facilities Management topics: Operations & Maintenance, Finance & Business, Leadership & Strategy and Project Management, while also preparing to take the nationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
The classes are held in-person, once a week on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. from January 16 - March 6, 2024, instructed by local CEO of FM Solutions Curtis Slife, who has over 20 years of Facility Management experience. The tuition is $2,900 and includes all books and materials as well as the Facilities Management Professional exam administered in class.
